This is a powder room remodel I designed, featuring glamorous and eco-friendly materials like recycled glass mosaic tiles, custom bamboo vanity, and a designer fluorescent pendant light.
EDITORS NOTE: This is an exceptional example of how you can combine different bathroom styles to make an exciting bathroom design. I love the romantic bathroom mirror and the modern lighting. And who can’t appreciate the mosaic tile wall with it’s touches of cool blue. Plus the designer adds in a modern sink and faucet to really pull in the contrast. I think the reason this design does not look crazy or cluttered is because the color scheme is monochromatic. Only red and shades of red… and then the pop of the white. If the designer added any more pattern or color the effect would have been lost.
